GLACIER NATIONAL PARK

Glacier National Park is one of the United States national parks, located in Montana on the Canada-United States border. The park covers over 1 million acres and includes parts of the Rocky Mountains' sub-ranges, over 130 lakes, more than 1,000 species of plants, and hundreds of species of animals.

Glacier National Park is managed by the National Park Service. Visitation to Glacier National Park averages slightly 2 million visitors annually. A quite big number of visitors. How does Glacier National Park attracts so many visitors? What's so special about it? The answer is simple - its nature attractions. There are 41 attractions listed by National Park Service, and here's the top ten of them.

Grinnell Point

#1 Grinnell Glacier - A large glacier offering 300 acres of beauty. Beautiful long hike for the visitors. They can see breathtaking views of Upper and Lower Grinnell Lakes and of course, the glacier.

#2 Going-to-the-Sun Road - A spectacular and scenic 52-mile highway through Glacier National Park, which crosses the Continental Divide at Logan Pass in Montana.

Iceberg Lake

#3 Iceberg Lake Trail - Hikers often wear bells and strike up loud conversations, so as not to startle the bears on this back country trail.

#4 Virginia Falls - Excellent hike! Easy and lots of gorgeous waterfalls. Make sure you go to the very last waterfall -Virginia, it comes off the mountain.

#5 Waterton-Glacier International Park - Beautiful, scenic, and uncrowded. Waterton Lakes National Park is a quiet park, by national park standards. You don't have to go far to get away from the crowds there!

#6 Highline Trail - A popular hiking trail with phenomenal views. Scary for the height challenged! Fantastic views, great hike.

NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA

New Orleans is the largest city and metropolitan area in the state of Louisiana, and it is the 46th largest in the United States. The city is named after the Duke of Orleans, and it is well known for its French and Spanish architecture, as well as its mixed-culture and multilingual heritage. New Orleans is famous for its music (the birthplace of jazz) and its festivals (Mardi Gras). The city is often known as "most unique" in the United States.

New Orleans has many major attractions. According to current travel guides, New Orleans is one of the top ten most visited cities in the United States. Take a walk through history and visit the museums and homes that present New Orleans' past. With over 45 museums throughout the city, it's easy to immerse yourself in the city's history, culture and arts.

DENVER,COLORADO

 Colorado is known for its rocky mountains geographical background. The name Colorado was named after the Colorado River.Colorado is gifted with it beautiful landscape and panorama of mountains,forests, high plains, rivers and desert islands.

Denver Zoo

Denver Zoo is a 80-acre zoo offering free programs every summer which allows you to see the exotics birds, reptiles and small mammals at close distance.  The fee of admission is $12 for adults, $10 for seniors, $8 for children ages 3 to 11, and free for children under 2. Entering the zoo, you will see 3,500 different animals and one of the world’s largest habitats for endangered gorillas.

The zoo is open from March 1st to October 31st from 9am until 6pm with the last admission at 5pm. From November 1st until February 28th, the zoo is open from 10am until 5pm, with the last admission at 4pm.



16th Street Mall

16th Streer Mall is a pedestrian and transit mall covers over 300 locally owned stores, over 50 restaurants, and the Denver Restaurants. Besides shopping, it is a great place for people to take a stroll where beautiful flowers and trees can be found along the street. Hammond’s Candy Factory has been making candy since 1920. Watch the chocolate being made during the free tour that, of course, includes free samples. Tours run every half-hour Monday through Friday from 9am to 3pm, and on Saturdays from 10am to 3pm.

HISTORY :


Millions of years ago, the are known as Sedona was covered with sea. As the withdrawal of the waters combined with the earth's powerful forces of upheaval, this masterpiece was formed. The crimson monuments of vividly colored mesas were formed. This place is popular with the panoramic beauty. 

The people who used to live here long time ago is "Paleo Indians" and is followed by the " Anasazi Indians" and Hohokam.
